How to play
- Arrow keys left and right to run, Space to jump. Press Space again in the air to flip.
- On a phone or tablet: the arrows to run, the big button to jump.
- Collect the stars, and find the case hidden on every page.
- Escape pauses the run and opens the case book with every case you found. M turns the sound on or off.
Why a game?
For the European Commission’s learning platform, I worked out a showcase: around thirty use cases as working pages in Moodle, each with notes on what Moodle offers today, what the page adds and what it takes to develop it. The game is an extra: it brings those ideas, with some fun, to people who will not read a book of them.
Every platform Elena runs on is a real component from the showcase, and every case she finds tells what that page adds to Moodle. Play it through, and you know the cases. The levels are made from the showcase’s own screenshots.
